nAssist in coordinating and monitoring Site Branding, OOH, DOOH, Radio, Cinema, Society/Community Activations and BTL campaigns.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Coordinate with the vendor teams for the execution updates on site brandingn
- Coordinate with agencies for execution of creative changes of campaignsn
- Assist in OOH/DOOH media campaign trackingn
- Coordinate for Radio, Cinema and Society/Community campaign activationsn
- Prepare campaign trackers, MIS reportsn
- Maintain execution photographs/execution updatesn
- Prepare regular PPTs for campaign reportsn
- Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting timelinesn
- Monitoring all OOH media approved for each campaignn

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS & dashboards.n
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills – professional presentations, media plans & management decks.n
- Solid communication, coordination and follow-up skills.n
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.n
- Ability to monitor multiple projects and tight deadlines.n
