? Industry: Security Services
? Experience: 3–5+ Years in Security Agency / Security Services

? WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
✅ Managing day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites
✅ Leading Security Supervisors, Head Guards & Security Guards
✅ Ensuring optimum manpower deployment, attendance & replacements
✅ Building strong client relationships and resolving operational issues
✅ Conducting regular site visits, inspections & operational audits
✅ Ensuring adherence to SOPs, contractual requirements & statutory compliance
✅ Coordinating manpower planning, recruitment, training & deployment
✅ Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery




✅ Supporting billing coordination and overall operational performance

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 3–5+ years of relevant experience in the Security Services / Security Agency industry
✔️ Robust leadership and people-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication & client-handling abilities
✔️ Sound understanding of security operations and manpower management
✔️ Knowledge of labour compliance and statutory requirements
✔️ Ability to manage multiple sites and handle operational challenges
✔️ Willingness to travel across assigned locations
