Role Description The Australia Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions located in Australia, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The recruiter will manage job postings on relevant platforms, build and maintain talent pipelines, and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand role requirements, aligning hiring strategies with business needs, and ensuring recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations. The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market insights.
Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for technology or software roles and international markets such as Australia.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection using up-to-date recruitment tools and platforms.
