Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – University & Institutional Business to drive university partnerships, institutional sales and revenue
growth across the Maharashtra • Madhyapradesh • Gujarat • Rajasthan cluster. The role will manage and guide Inside Sales Executives and Field
Executives, while personally leading key meetings with VCs, Deans, Directors, Registrars, TPOs and other senior university decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities





Drive institutional business and revenue across Maharashtra • Madhyapradesh • Gujarat • Rajasthan.
Acquire new universities, colleges and institutional accounts.
Build robust relationships with senior university leadership and decision-makers.
Lead important institutional meetings, presentations, negotiations and closures.
Drive MoUs, institutional partnerships, POs and revenue.
Manage the institutional sales pipeline, CRM, forecasts and reports.
Lead, mentor and guide Inside Sales and Field Executives.
Set team priorities, review performance and improve conversions.
Support the team with sales strategy, market intelligence and key account meetings.
Expand existing university accounts and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of institutional programs.
Travel extensively across the assigned cluster.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA p
