Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This role is responsible for leading and supervising the regional sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring achievement of revenue and growth objectives within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, managing key customer relationships, and conducting regular field visits with team members. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee reporting, sales forecasting,



coordination with marketing and distribution teams, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales and regional sales management, ideally with exposure to the Ranchi and surrounding markets.
• Solid skills in team leadership, performance management, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives.
• Proficiency in territory planning, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and channel partners.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and travel within the region as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is an advantage.
