1. JOB PURPOSE
The Junior Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Head in planning, coordinating and executing day-to-day marketing activities across multiple teams.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that marketing requirements are converted into clear tasks, assigned to the appropriate teams, tracked effectively and completed within the defined timelines.
The role will act as the execution and coordination bridge between the Marketing Head and various internal teams, ensuring smooth workflow, timely communication, proper task distribution and minimal execution delays.
The role will also be responsible for managing the social media publishing calendar and ensuring approved content is published accurately and on time.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Marketing Planning & Coordination
• Work closely with the Marketing Head to understand upcoming campaigns, launches, promotions,



content requirements and other marketing initiatives.
• Convert marketing requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
• Maintain weekly and monthly marketing calendars.
• Break campaigns and projects into individual deliverables with clear timelines.
• Identify dependencies between different teams and plan the workflow accordingly.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand their respective requirements and deadlines.

B. Task Distribution & Management
• Create and maintain a central marketing task tracker.
• Break larger requirements into smaller, actionable tasks.
• Identify the appropriate team/person responsible for each task.
• Assign tasks based on priority, deadlines and available bandwidth.
• Track task progress from initiation to completion.
• Ensure every task has a transparent owner, deadline and status.
• Follow up regularly on pending tasks.
