Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily security operations at client locations. This role includes supervising security personnel,



ensuring adherence to security procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The Security Supervisor will monitor physical security systems, coordinate incident response, conduct routine inspections, and report security breaches or irregularities. The role also involves managing shift schedules, training and mentoring team members, and supporting customer service by addressing client concerns in a professional manner. The Security Supervisor will collaborate with operations management to implement security plans, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of security standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
