Job Responsibilities• Develop new B2B clients and generate business opportunities.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, manufacturers, exporters, retailers, and other businesses.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and product development.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.




• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
• Explore cross-selling opportunities in packaging and corporate/festival gifting.

Preferred Candidate Profile• Experience: 2–5 years in B2B / Corporate Sales or Business Development.
• Candidates with experience in Packaging, Corrugated Boxes, Printing, Corporate Gifting, FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Comfortable with field meetings and corporate client visits.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM, LinkedIn, and basic sales tools.
