About the Role

Synergasia BE-NEX Private Limited, part of the InCoBAN ecosystem, is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to translate strategic priorities into disciplined, measurable execution across programmes, products and partnerships.

The Head of Operations will be the senior execution leader responsible for converting approved priorities into reliable operating plans, governed delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role will establish a common operating rhythm across programmes and products including C-Cube, CM2PM, Workforce Mainstreaming, Competency Compass, customised leadership programmes and digital learning assets, while ensuring transparent scope, schedules, ownership, quality controls, stakeholder communication and performance visibility.

The position will also help strengthen operating maturity so that successful pilots and engagements can be repeated, scaled and institutionalised without compromising delivery quality or the principles of inclusion, competency, collaboration and dignity of labour.

Operating Strategy & Execution




• Translate annual and quarterly priorities into executable operating plans, programme calendars, resource plans and measurable milestones.
• Maintain a portfolio view of active programmes, products, consulting assignments and institutional engagements.
• Ensure accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
• Identify capacity constraints, sequencing conflicts and scale-up requirements early.
• Support business development, marketing and stakeholder communication.

Programme & Project Delivery
• Lead end-to-end operating readiness and delivery discipline across programmes and customised capability-building engagements.
• Ensure every engagement has an approved scope, work plan, roles, delivery calendar, data requirements, quality checks and closure criteria.
