Role Description The Administrative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role oversees daily store administration, including coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory records, and maintaining documentation for sales, returns, and vendor interactions. The Administrative Manager ensures smooth front- and back-of-house operations, monitors adherence to store policies, and supports accurate cash handling and reporting.



The role also involves liaising with management on operational needs, organizing files and data, supporting basic HR and onboarding tasks, and helping to optimize workflow and customer service standards. The Administrative Manager is expected to work closely with store leadership and the wider team to maintain an efficient, well-organized, and compliant environment.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, record-keeping, and general office management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and comfort working with point-of-sale or inventory management systems.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers in a qualified manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
