Job description – Operations Manager

Bolden Ventures was Founded in 2015 by McKinsey & Company alumnus. Now, we are starting a social impact venture clled Prizom. This ventures will source high demand items from farmers at fair prices export them to other countries. We are headquartered in Gurgaon and also operate from our Noida office. Bolden’s aim is to attract, and retain the best people, people.

Role:
• Sourcing: Search and evaluate suppliers of products like organic ginger, organic turmeric, their extracts and vitamins
• Quality parameters: Ensure products meet international noms, and set-up product level quality parameters and testing requirements for EU, USA, and Japan
• Quality testing: Send product samples for testing in independent labs and ensure export batch is tested thoroughly before dispatch and document the reports
• Report to the CEO of company

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in food safety and quality, preferably in a food export company in operations and sourcing roles




• Knowledge of complaince rules and certficiations like FSSAI, organic certifications etc
• Relevant education such as biochemistry or toxicology (preferred but not a must)
• Valuable with Microsoft excel, emailing and coordination

Timings, salary, benefits:
• Timings: 10AM to 4PM, three days a week from office, and one day work from home
• Salary: Rs.23,000-25,000 per month.
• Calling working mothers: Flexi timings and four days a week option available for women with children, with office timings of 9am to 1pm.
