About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead / Solution Architect to drive enterprise growth across our ServiceNow practice.
The role will bridge the gap between business requirements, enterprise technology strategy, and ServiceNow capabilities, working closely with sales teams, enterprise clients, practice leadership, and technical delivery teams.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, while designing scalable, business-focused ServiceNow solutions across core platform capabilities, enterprise integrations, AI, automation, security, and governance.
Key Responsibilities1. Solution Architecture & Deal Strategy• Lead client discovery, solution architecture, technical design,



and proposal strategy for enterprise ServiceNow opportunities.
• Understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solution architectures and platform roadmaps.
• Design multi-module ServiceNow architectures covering relevant platform capabilities, integrations, data models, automation, and deployment approaches.
• Develop solution approaches aligned with client business outcomes, technology strategy, and transformation objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives and sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategies, identify solution differentiators, and support commercial positioning.
• Develop ROI and value propositions that demonstrate measurable business outcomes from ServiceNow investments.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the prospect lifecycle, from discovery through solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and transition to delivery.
