Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.

• Utilize Zoho HR tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, etc.) for HR operations,
reporting, and process automation.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and coordinate
payroll inputs using Zoho systems.

• Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and
feedback tracking.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management using Zoho.

• Assist in developing and improving HR policies and processes

Requirements




• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho (Zoho People / Zoho Recruit).

• Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting tools.

• Experience in HR automation and system-driven processes.

• Exposure to startup or quick-paced work environments.

• HR certifications (optional but a plus).
