Role Description The Real Estate Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will engage with prospective home buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and present suitable residential property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, coordinating with builders and internal teams, and guiding clients through documentation and the booking process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, supporting clients until possession, and contributing to sales targets and promotional activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills to effectively convert leads and achieve targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive, professional, and personalized client support.
