About the Role
We are hiring a Procurement Executive to manage vendor sourcing and material purchase for our solar EPC projects across India. You will work closely with the project execution team to make sure solar panels, inverters, structures, and cables reach the site on time and at the best cost.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and onboard reliable vendors for solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS components
• Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders
• Track deliveries and ensure timely material supply to project sites
• Maintain procurement records, inventory reports,
and material inward/outward logs
• Coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements
• Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term supplier relationships
• Reduce procurement cost without compromising quality or timelines
Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management (solar, EPC, or infrastructure preferred)
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure
