Revantage Real Estate Consultants LLP is a Bangalore consultancy for primary (new-launch) residential projects, working with leading developers and premium projects.
We are looking for highly motivated, target-oriented and customer-focused Real Estate Consultants to handle end-to-end residential property sales. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable residential projects, conduct site visits, manage negotiations and convert qualified prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements including budget, location, configuration and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable residential projects based on customer requirements.
• Explain project details including pricing, specifications, amenities, payment plans,
location and investment potential.
• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits with prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate with customers and coordinate with developers to facilitate deal closures.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM, and update all calls, follow-ups, meetings and site visits on time.
• Maintain robust professional relationships with customers and developer sales teams.
• Stay updated with project inventory, pricing, offers, launches and market trends.
• Achieve assigned monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, training programs and marketing activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales and booking process.
• Follow all company SOPs, sales processes and CRM guide
