About the role

You will be the first point of contact for engineers and students who enquire about our courses. You will call, message and email them, understand what they want to learn, and guide them to the right course and batch.

This is a full-time, remote role for someone starting a career in sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team and handle leads from India, the Middle East and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

Lead handling and conversion

• Respond quickly to recent enquiries from the website, ads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.
• Call and message leads to understand their background,



learning goal and timeline.
• Explain course content, batch schedule, fees and certification clearly, and recommend the right course.

Outreach

• Run WhatsApp and email outreach to past leads for upcoming batches, webinars and masterclasses.
• Reach out to engineers and companies on LinkedIn to generate new enquiries.
• Send invitations and follow-ups for webinars, workshops and other events.
• Tracking and reporting

Who we are looking for

• A graduate in any discipline. An engineering (civil or mechanical) or business background is a plus.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, course counselling, telecalling or any customer-facing role. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
• Fluent spoken and written English, and comfortable speaking with international learners. Hindi is an advantage.
• Comfortable making a high number of calls each day and following up without being pushed.
