Role Description

The Visiting Faculty – Management Control Systems role is a full-time, on-site teaching position based in Mumbai. The faculty member will design and deliver courses in Management Control Systems, including lectures, case discussions, and experiential learning activities that align with Athena’s industry-focused curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing course materials,



assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students to develop analytical and strategic decision-making skills. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty and industry practitioners to keep course content current, participating in academic meetings, and contributing to seminars, workshops, and guest sessions that strengthen the school’s industry interface.
