Client: is a global mobility platform with a peer-to-peer pricing model, where passengers and drivers negotiate and agree on fares directly. Founded in 2013, operates in 600+ cities across 45+ countries and offers services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, and delivery. The company focuses on fair pricing, transparency, and social impact.

The Senior Business / System Analyst plays a key role in designing, analyzing, and implementing finance automation initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that financial processes are optimized and supported by effective system solutions.





The Senior Business / System Analyst ensures that automation initiatives deliver measurable efficiency, accuracy, and compliance improvements across key finance processes. The role also supports the PMO (Project Management Office) and Finance leaders by translating business needs into transparent non-functional and functional, technical requirements, and maintaining crucial documentation.

Duration of cooperation: 3–4+ months, with the possibility of extension

Tasks

• Business and Process Analysis Collects, documents, and validates business requirements from stakeholders. Conducts fit-gap analysis for system or process changes. Maps current “as-is” and future “to-be” business processes and identifies automation or standardization opportunities. Ensures all requirements align with business strategy and compliance standards.
