We are seeking an accomplished Python Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable automation ecosystems within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on architecting robust solutions that integrate DevOps practices, GenAI, and Agentic AI to drive platform engineering and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction for automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive observability, and leveraging advanced monitoring tools to maintain system integrity and performance. This position is critical for transforming complex technical challenges into productive, automated workflows that support the organization's long-term growth and innovation goals.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop enterprise-grade automation architectures utilizing Python to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management.
• Lead the integration of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into existing platforms to enhance decision-making and operational autonomy.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Linux-based environments, ensuring security, stability, and high availability across all systems.
• Architect and deploy sophisticated observability and monitoring solutions to provide real-time insights into system health and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform engineering strategies and drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to engineering teams regarding automation patterns, code quality, and architectural decisions.
Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.
