Role Description The Assistant Merchandiser is a full-time role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to manage orders, product specifications, and timelines, ensuring accurate communication throughout the merchandising process. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in product selection and development, preparing quotations and cost sheets,



tracking samples and production status, and maintaining detailed records and reports. The Assistant Merchandiser also supports sales and marketing efforts by organizing product displays, gathering market feedback, and contributing to presentations. Collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams is essential to deliver products that meet quality, design, and delivery expectations.
