ROLE OVERVIEW
Roswalt Realty is looking for a Sourcing Head — Residential to build and lead the site’s Channel Partner and lead-generation engine for our Worli project. The role owns the top of the funnel — activating CPs, IPCs, wealth managers and referral networks across South Mumbai to drive qualified walk-ins into the site.
The ideal candidate has spent the last 7+ years running Sourcing / Channel Sales in Worli, Prabhadevi, Lower Parel, Parel, Byculla, Mahalaxmi, Tardeo, Dadar, Wadala and surrounding pockets — has an active, warm network of CPs and IPCs in the catchment, has led a team of Sourcing Managers, and knows how to convert CP relationships into consistent monthly walk-in numbers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Own the site’s lead-generation and walk-in target — monthly, quarterly and annual.
— Lead a team of 3–6 Sourcing Managers; drive daily huddles, weekly reviews and monthly performance evaluations.
— Build, activate and maintain a working Channel Partner network across the South Mumbai catchment.
— Personally handle top-tier CPs, IPCs (CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman,



Colliers, Savills, Anarock etc.), luxury boutique brokerages and wealth managers.
— Design and run the CP engagement calendar — JBP meetings, CP High Teas, launch meets, on-site walk-throughs, quarterly performance reviews.
— Track CP performance — walk-ins generated, conversion, brokerage cycle — and drive corrective action on non-performing CPs.
— Ensure timely, transparent brokerage payouts; troubleshoot payout disputes to preserve CP goodwill.
— Coordinate with the Closing team to feed back on lead quality; refine sourcing filters based on closing intelligence.
— Coordinate with Marketing on catchment-specific outreach, activations and hoarding placements to improve organic walk-ins.
— Identify catchment gaps and onboard recent CPs / IPCs / wealth managers to fill them.
— Own the site’s sourcing MIS — CP-wise walk-ins, JBP status, brokerage MIS, conversion — and present it to leadership.
