Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Draftsman / Architectural Assistant role based in Chennai. The role involves preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings under the guidance of senior architects and engineers, using CAD software and other design tools. The team member will assist in converting conceptual designs into detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations,



sections, and working drawings. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with project teams to understand requirements, ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and local regulations, and maintaining organized drawing records and documentation. The role may also involve supporting site teams with drawing clarification, minor design revisions, and basic quantity checks as needed.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for producing accurate project documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Planning to support design development and layout coordination.
