Admission Counselor – The Quantium School
Location: Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
• Handle school admissions and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
• Counsel parents and students regarding admissions, curriculum, programs, and school facilities.
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
• Schedule and coordinate campus visits, interactions, assessments, and admissions meetings.
• Maintain accurate admission records, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion data.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Support admission campaigns, events, open houses, and school promotional activities.





Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in School Admissions / Admission Counseling / Education Counseling.
• Experience in an international school, Cambridge, IB, or premium school environment will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, counseling, and follow-up skills.
• Robust ability to interact professionally with parents and handle admission enquiries.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
