About The Role

We are seeking a Packaging Product Research & Innovation Leader to spearhead consumer-focused packaging innovations. This pivotal role involves translating comprehensive consumer insights into superior packaging solutions that align with technical, quality, sustainability, and business objectives.



The leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Research and Development, Brand, Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers—to identify, develop, and commercialize innovative packaging technologies. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably with an M.Sc. or M.Tech degree from top universities, complemented by 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in packaging or related fields.
