Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Endoscopy Technician role based at KIMSHEALTH in Trivandrum.



The Endoscopy Technician will assist healthcare providers in performing endoscopic procedures, including preparing procedure rooms, setting up and testing endoscopy equipment, and ensuring patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures. Daily responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing scopes and instruments in accordance with infection control protocols, maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and equipment usage, and supporting clinicians with specimen collection and labeling. The role also involves monitoring inventory of endoscopy supplies, reporting equipment issues promptly, and collaborating with nursing and medical teams to ensure efficient workflow. The technician is expected to follow all hospital policies, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a respectful, patient-centered care environment.
