Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This position supports daily store operations within the resort, including overseeing merchandising,



inventory, and cash handling, and ensuring store policies and procedures are consistently followed. The Assistant Store Manager helps lead and motivate the store team, coordinates staff schedules, and provides coaching to maintain high performance and service standards. A key focus of the role is delivering an excellent guest experience by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and promoting resort products and services in a skilled and engaging manner. The role also involves monitoring retail loss prevention measures, maintaining visual standards, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with other resort departments to align store activities with overall guest experience goals.
