FIRSTCOMPANi is building Kerala's FIRST big Business Setup brand. We help entrepreneurs start, register, and stay compliant: company incorporation, GST, trademark, ISO, FSSAI, accounting, and annual compliance.

Role Summary
The Business Counselor is the first person a client speaks to. You understand the client's business, recommend the right structure and services, explain the process and costs clearly, and convert enquiries into confirmed engagements. You then hand the client over smoothly to our delivery teams.
No compliance background is needed. We will train you to become a business setup expert.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming enquiries from Meta ads, calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and referrals promptly
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right entity: Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Partnership, or Proprietorship
• Guide clients on related registrations and compliance: GST, MSME/Udyam, Trademark, FSSAI, ISO, IEC, Professional Tax, and Shops & Establishment
• Explain timelines,



documents required, government fees, and our package pricing in straightforward terms
• Identify follow-on needs such as accounting, GST returns, annual ROC filing, and trademark, and propose suitable packages
• Collect complete documents and information before handing the file over to the MCA, GST, Audit, ISO, or Trademark teams
• Update every lead and interaction in the CRM (Privyr) and follow up until each lead is closed
• Keep in touch with existing clients about upcoming compliance deadlines and renewals
• Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets

Requirements
• Any Graduate with 2 years of experience, or any Postgraduate with 1 year of experience
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or a Customer Relationship role
• No prior MCA, GST, or compliance knowledge needed; we will train you
• Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus
