Role Description The Aro role at FinBud Financial is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining financial products and services, and guiding them through application and onboarding processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, collecting and verifying customer information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting loan and investment processing. The Aro is expected to collaborate with internal teams,



follow compliance and documentation standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role also includes meeting assigned targets, providing feedback from clients to improve services, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and professionally.
• Basic understanding of financial products such as loans, investments, and credit score solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Solid organizational and documentation abilities, including accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with digital platforms and CRM or core banking systems.
