Quality Control In-Charge – Water Industry
- Responsible for quality control of raw water, process water, and finished/drinking water.
- Perform microbiological tests such as Aerobic Microbial Count, E. coli, Pseudomonas, Yeast & Mold, and other required tests.
- Perform chemical and physical water-quality tests, including pH, TDS, turbidity, and other required parameters.
- Prepare and handle laboratory chemical reagents according to testing requirements.
- Monitor RO water-treatment processes, including sand filter, carbon filter, antiscalant dosing, RO membrane, mineral dosing, storage tanks, and backwashing.
- Check raw materials and packaging materials such as preforms, caps, labels, shrink materials, and mineral materials.
- Maintain QC records, test reports, production records, and other quality-related documents.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and quality requirements in the production area.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to maintain consistent water quality.
- Ensure finished drinking water meets applicable quality and safety requirements.
