Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations and performance. This position manages production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet output, quality, and safety targets. The Plant Head monitors production metrics, drives continuous improvement initiatives,



and ensures strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets and cost controls, resolving operational issues, and mentoring plant staff to maintain a high-performance culture. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting strategic decisions, and representing plant operations in interactions with senior management and key stakeholders.
