C. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Field Sales
• Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and present Pointo’s products and solutions effectively.
• Drive customer acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networks, and market activities.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and continuously develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely movement through the sales funnel.
• Collect and verify customer information and documents as per defined processes.
3. Market Development
• Conduct market mapping to identify potential customer segments and business opportunities.
• Develop solid relationships with local customers, dealers, channel partners, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
