Tiger Food Ingredients Private Limited is looking for an experienced FMCG professional to manage and grow our Modern Trade business across India.

The Role
You will manage relationships with national and regional modern trade chains, build account plans, grow sales, and expand our product presence across retail outlets. The role involves customer negotiations, commercial planning, promotions, performance reviews, and close coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop national and regional Modern Trade accounts across India.
• Drive account-wise sales growth and deliver agreed business objectives.
• Prepare annual and monthly account plans, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
• Negotiate product listings, pricing, margins, promotions, schemes, visibility, and commercial terms.




• Identify opportunities to list new products and expand SKU presence across stores.
• Plan and execute promotions, consumer offers, in-store activities, and visibility programs.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability, assortment, and SKU-wise performance.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Review account performance, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve growth.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, new launches, and market trends.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare Modern Trade MIS, sales reports, and account performance updates for management.
• Support new product launches and ensure timely listing and rollout.
• Travel across India for customer meetings and business reviews as required.

• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade or Key Account Management.
• Proven experience managing up-to-date
