We are hiring a TeleCaller with Real Estate/Plot Sales experience. The candidate should be confident in pitching residential plots, handling leads, follow-ups and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

» Make outbound calls to real estate leads.
» Pitch and explain residential plots/project details.
» Understand customer requirements and handle objections.
» Follow up with interested customers regularly.
» Convince customers for site visits and bookings.
» Maintain lead and follow-up records in MS Excel.
» Achieve daily calling targets.

∙ 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Plot Sales / Property Sales.
∙ Good knowledge of sales pitching and lead conversion.
∙ Solid Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
∙ Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
∙ Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
∙ Target-oriented and confident personality.
