Role Description The Technical Program Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing technical learning programs, including DSA, system design, frontend, backend, and DevOps tracks, ensuring that curriculum, milestones,



and assessments are delivered effectively. The specialist will work closely with mentors, instructors, and placement teams to schedule sessions, track learner progress, collect feedback, and optimize program outcomes. Daily tasks include monitoring program performance metrics, supporting learners with program-related queries, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve AI mock interview and training workflows. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with partner colleges and organizations, assisting with campus training logistics, and contributing to continuous improvement of technical and placement programs.
