Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for drone training and related educational programs. In this role, the specialist will respond to inquiries from prospective learners, provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and career pathways, and guide applicants through application and enrollment procedures. The position involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with training and operations teams to schedule batches, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all participants. The Admissions Specialist will engage in outreach and student recruiting activities, including follow-up communications, information sessions, and collaboration with partner institutions. Daily tasks also include resolving applicant concerns, supporting payment and documentation processes, and continuously improving admissions workflows to enhance learner satisfaction.
