The Team Member – MEP & Utilities supports procurement and contract management for MEP systems and utility services across projects. The role focuses on assisting in tendering, technical and commercial evaluation, contract documentation, and coordination with project and engineering teams to ensure timely and cost-effective award of MEP packages.
• Support cost optimization for MEP and utility packages through benchmarking and negotiations
• Assist in controlling project costs through contract and variation tracking
• Support budgeting and cost planning for MEP and utility works
• Track financial impact of variations and change orders
Customer Perspective
• Support project and technical teams in procurement of MEP packages
• Build working relationships with MEP contractors, OEMs, and service providers
• Ensure transparent and timely procurement processes
• Support timely award of MEP contracts in line with project schedules
Internal Process Perspective
• Support execution of procurement strategy and contract packaging for MEP and utilities
• Assist in tendering, technical evaluation, and commercial negotiations
• Prepare and review MEP and utility contracts and work orders
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
• Track contract execution, variations, and claims
• Maintain approved vendor and OEM databases
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
