What You Will Do

Customer Complaint Handling:

• Receive and log incoming customer/dealer calls, complaints, and queries.
• Assign complaints to service technicians and ensure the technician calls the customer within 2436 hours.
• Keep frustrated or demanding customers calm by providing timely updates.

Exp: 1-3 yrs

salary: Negotiable

Shift: Morning
