Role Description The Business Development Executive (Ad Agency) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio for Rising Bees. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and presenting tailored advertising and digital solutions that align with client objectives.



Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pitch decks, coordinating with internal creative and strategy teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also includes maintaining ongoing communication with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and working with account management to support retention and growth. The Business Development Executive is expected to track performance metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to revenue targets and agency visibility.
