About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Human Resources Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team.




This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR/recruitment career who wants to build robust experience in US and India recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and end-to-end hiring.
You will not be limited to basic resume screening. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership and gradually take ownership of recruitment requirements, from understanding the role to sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding.

What You Will Do• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across India and the USA.
• Understand hiring requirements and work directly with hiring managers to define the right candidate profile.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations/interviews.
• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, role fit, and overall suitability.
