Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kolhapur.

What You'll Do• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues across enterprise software products.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to software applications, databases, and system integrations.
• Assist in monitoring application performance, identifying errors, and ensuring smooth system operations.
• Work with SQL queries to investigate data-related issues and validate application behavior.
• Handle technical queries, track support requests, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with development, QA,



and implementation teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recurring problems.
• Support application deployments, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, system reliability, and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to technical documentation, security guidelines, and support procedures.

What We're Looking For• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application support, software troubleshooting, or a related technical role.
• Valuable understanding of databases, SQL queries, and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with web applications, APIs, application workflows, and client-server architecture.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with issue-tracking too
