Role Description The Program Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Washim, responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of key programs at the district level. The role involves coordinating with government officials, partner organizations, and local stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of program activities and alignment with project goals.



The Program Leader will analyze data and field insights, prepare progress reports, and support continuous improvement of interventions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions for field teams or community groups, providing guidance and support to program staff, addressing stakeholder queries, and ensuring a high standard of service to beneficiaries. The Program Leader will also contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards.
