Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Consultant, Trainer, Service Manager. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their vehicle and service needs, presenting suitable products and solutions,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing showroom and service interactions, conducting product and service demonstrations, coordinating test drives, and overseeing timely and efficient vehicle delivery and after-sales support. The position also requires training sales and service teams on product knowledge, customer handling, and process compliance, while monitoring performance and service quality. The Sales Consultant, Trainer, Service Manager will collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to sales targets and service excellence.
