About the Role
TIORE Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our D2C Shopify website and e-commerce marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day website management, marketplace operations, product listings, order management, and supporting online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. D2C Shopify Website
 Develop, set up, and manage the company’s D2C Shopify website.
 Manage products, collections, categories, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions.
 Upload and update product images, banners, content, and promotional offers.
 Maintain website content and ensure product information is accurate and updated.
 Coordinate with the design/content team for website creatives and campaigns.
 Monitor website performance, customer journey, and basic conversion metrics.




 Identify and resolve basic website-related issues and coordinate with developers whenever required.
 Support implementation of Shopify apps, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and other integrations.
2. E-Commerce Marketplace Management
 Manage the company’s presence across e-commerce marketplaces.
 Create and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and inventory.
 Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
 Ensure timely order processing and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.
 Monitor marketplace performance, sales, stock availability, and product visibility.
 Coordinate marketplace promotions, campaigns, discounts, and offers.
 Maintain marketplace dashboards and prepare regular sales/performance reports.
 Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.
