Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with 6 months–1 year of experience in customer support or the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and qualified manner.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for CricClubs platform and services.




• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the Product and Development teams.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements• 6 months -1year of experience in Customer Support or the BPO industry is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling customer queries and troubleshoot
