Job Summary
This is a full time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive in the marketing department of GaneshaSpeaks.com. The primary responsibility of the SEO Executive will be to drive organic traffic to the company's website through keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, social media marketing, and SEO audits.

Key Responsibilities
Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using tools like GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Optimize metadata, content structure, URLs, internal links, and images across landing pages and blogs.
Support link-building activities including outreach, guest posting,



and authority-building initiatives.
Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and Core Web Vitals; prepare performance reports with action points.
Implement schema markup, ensure proper indexation, and maintain WordPress SEO setup via plugins like Yoast or Rank Math.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to execute SEO recommendations.
Requirements
2–3 years of SEO experience with strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge.
Exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or high-traffic websites.
Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and SEO plugins.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency with major SEO tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and site performance optimization.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
