Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, responding to client queries, and ensuring a positive end-to-end customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include tracking customer interactions,



coordinating with operations and sales teams, resolving service issues, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The executive will analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements, and contribute to targeted engagement strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet service-level and business objectives.
