Key Competencies:• Proven expertise in thermal energy systems, heat exchangers, and high-temperature systems
• Robust understanding of high-temperature materials (metals and non-metals), steam cycles, and boiler systems
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• Process engineering and P&IDs;
• General arrangement drawings, plant layout, pipe routing, FEED
• Heat and mass balances, thermal/mechanical calculations
• Ability to design, select, and size process ancillaries: pumps, pipes, valves, fans, control systems, instruments, etc.
• Familiarity with ASME / IBR / API / Indian Standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• A proactive team player, collaborator, and leader

Roles & Responsibilities:• Design and develop high-temperature thermal energy systems




• Perform process and thermal calculations for heat exchangers and TES
• Prepare specification sheets and detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturing
• Review and finalize manufacturing drawings
• Oversee fabrication in coordination with the manufacturing team
• Validate and enhance design through thermal simulations
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) process as required
