JKR Consulting & Services is hiring an experienced BIM Modeller – Fire Fighting & Plumbing for a client-site project in Bengaluru.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
• Create detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare Fire Fighting layouts including sprinkler, hydrant, fire-water piping, pumps, tanks and related systems.
• Develop Plumbing models for water supply, sanitary, drainage and stormwater systems.
• Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, layouts, schedules and shop drawings.
• Coordinate Fire Fighting & Plumbing models with HVAC, Electrical, Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.




• Incorporate design changes and resolve modelling/coordination issues.
• Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, LOD requirements and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, consultants and site teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality BIM models and drawings.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS• Robust hands-on experience in Revit MEP – Fire Fighting & Plumbing.
• Good knowledge of Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems and components.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of MEP modelling standards and construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONDiploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant engineering discipline.
