Job Description: AI Visual Communication Specialist

Reports to: Creative Strategy Lead / Founder
Type: Full-time

About the role
We're looking for a creative generalist who thinks in both visuals and words, and who uses AI as their main production engine. You'll own the full creative output, from the first idea to the final asset: ad creatives, brand documents, and the copy that goes with them. You should know what makes a D2C ad convert, not just what makes it look good.
This is not a "prompt and post" role. We want someone with strong taste, sharp commercial instincts, and the speed that AI tools make possible.

What you'll do
Creative design (AI-led)
• Design static ads, carousels, video creatives, and landing page visuals for Meta and other performance channels using AI tools
• Build consistent visual systems, with reusable prompts, styles, and workflows that keep output on-brand at volume
• Turn creative briefs and performance insights into quick variations and iterations
• Maintain quality control so AI output doesn't look generic, uncanny, or off-brand





Brand documents and communication
• Create brand decks, brand guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, positioning documents, and creative playbooks
• Build presentation and pitch materials that communicate strategy clearly and look polished
• Document creative frameworks, such as personas, angles, hooks, and formats, so teams can scale them

Copywriting
• Write ad copy, headlines, hooks, scripts, captions, and on-creative text that sound human and persuasive
• Adapt tone across brands and audiences while staying true to each brand's positioning
• Pair copy with visuals so message and design work as one unit

Performance and strategy thinking
• Understand how creative drives performance: hooks, angles, formats, funnel stage, and CTR, CVR, and CAC dynamics
• Read creative performance data and use it to decide what to make next
